An informational DVD produced to help local firms understand the benefits of becoming 'Construction Commitment Compliant'. The DVD explains the process of signing up for the scheme, the training involved and the help available. The scheme was developed by Sandwell Council in order to help local contractors supply for the regeneration projects happening around the borough.
